Created for Werki Bar in Rapperswil, this hand-painted cabinet transforms a functional storage piece into an interactive part of the guest experience. Designed to house board games, playing cards and other shared activities, the artwork draws inspiration from vintage sign painting and playful fairground graphics. Alongside the bold typography, the illustrations incorporate familiar elements from traditional Swiss Jass cards, giving the piece a distinctly local character while celebrating the joy of gathering around a game. Having collaborated with Werki on a variety of hand-painted menus, signage and illustrations over the years, the project became another chapter in an ongoing creative partnership built around craftsmanship, character and attention to detail.
